Contact and scheduling
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message content, company, project details, and any attachments. If you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com processes the scheduling details you provide under its own privacy terms.
First-party analytics
We collect basic first-party analytics to understand site usage and keep the site working well. Page view events may include the page path, referrer, user agent, approximate country from Cloudflare, and timestamp. On /productions, play events may include track id, track title, album name, duration, and timestamp.
How we use your data
We use contact and scheduling information to respond to enquiries, prepare for calls, provide requested services, and maintain business records. We use analytics in aggregate to understand which pages and productions are used. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or retargeting.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting technologies. The site does use localStorage and sessionStorage for requested functionality and preferences, including theme, /productions player state, random mode, visual settings, and whether the PWA install notice has already been shown in a session. If non-essential tracking or marketing technologies are added later, we will add an appropriate consent mechanism before they run.
Productions app cache
The /productions page can register a service worker and use browser cache so the listening interface, fonts, artwork, and showcase data load reliably and can continue to work in limited offline situations. This cache is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Third-party processors
The site uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare D1/R2 for first-party analytics and media infrastructure. Cal.com is used for external appointment scheduling. Email enquiries are handled by our email provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Retention
We keep enquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and maintain appropriate business records. Raw first-party analytics events are retained for up to 12 months unless a shorter period is adopted, after which we may keep aggregate, non-identifying statistics.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise privacy rights or ask a question, email [email protected].
