No. It is an early technical and governance assessment that helps a team organise facts and actions. Formal obligations depend on the system and legal role.
Can it be used with a DPIA?
Yes. The AI assessment can identify system-specific facts and risks that inform a DPIA, while the DPIA addresses risks to people from personal-data processing.
