Hi, I'm Brian.

Over the past 11+ years, I've worked in across healthcare, AI, education, blockchain, and a variety of SaaS — often taking products from early concept through to production within environments where ethics, data sensitivity, regulation, and trust matter.

My primary focus falls between engineering and compliance. I help teams build production architecture, translate privacy and regulatory requirements into practical engineering work, and expose risk early where a technical audit is useful. This includes privacy-by-design controls, DPIA-ready documentation, access and retention models, AI governance readiness, and preparation for frameworks like the EU AI Act (I'm currently completing the AIGP certification).

I usually embed with your team, join your standups, review your PRs, and stay until the work is done. The goal is always to leave your team stronger than I found it - with better architecture, clearer processes, and the confidence to own what we built together. It's important for me that there is a shared understanding in each deliverable, leading to better outcomes for your business and consumers.
